Our office, established in October of 1993, provides outstanding physical therapy services. Our regular customers particularly value the individualized attention we give. The office is on ground level, is wheelchair accessible, has a handicap bathroom, and has plenty of available parking near the front door. We are located at:

Our Mission Statement

We are an independently owned private practice providing individualized attention to the client presenting with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders that would benefit from appropriate therapeutic exercise, home program instruction, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve function.

Mr. Sweeney's approach to treatment is outcome based with the evaluation process designed to identify the problem(s) interfering with function and make the patient an active part of the rehabilitation process.  He relies strongly on education, therapeutic exercise, and home program instruction.
